Regional Planning Manager

•	Created seasonal category reports to provide line of sight to all merchandising KPI’s: style/SKU productivity, gross pricing margin, territory pricing strategies, directed assortment adoption, line harmonization, etc.
•	Key contact in coordinating footwear sample ordering over nine territories for each season.  Worked with Global/Territory counterparts on lean implementation.
•	Drove merchandising process excellence by ensuring Geo/Territory teams had visibility and access to source systems and merchandising tools. Efficient in software systems PPS, PIM, FLEX PDM, PCM, MM and CDM.
•	Acted as liaison between World Headquarters and the overseas distribution center for both Footwear/EQ samples to guarantee 93% target on-time delivery for GTM meetings.
