I am a dedicated professional with solid experience in corporate marketing, communications and event coordination. Professional experience includes project management, brand management, event management, facilitator of sponsorships, flyer and ad design, writing and proofing. My professional goals are to continue in the fields that I excel in and use both my personal and professional skills in an industry I will enjoy; hopefully finding a fit that benefits both of us.

•Schedule and organize final meetings with all parties for upcoming events. Go over final checklist and take care of any details; including centerpieces, entertainment, food, linens, lighting and more
•Manage events from beginning to end 
•Supervise staff for reset and cleaning of facility. Create reset list and room map weekly for upcoming events. 
•Assist the Director of Sales with any ongoing/upcoming event details; follow up with clients on meeting details. Take calls, appointments, and payments as needed
•Manage vendors on day of event; go over timeline, supervise while in in the facility, answer questions, etc. 
•In charge of company’s petty cash and run errands as necessary for food, beverage, facility and event needs
•Weekly website updates as needed through Wordpress. Design monthly ads for local chamber newsletter. Write monthly blog for website. Produced information packet for Adaggios to handout to clients. Design, write copy and send email campaigns through PerfectWeddingG

Event Coordinator

Developed and edited national press releases, designed flyers, advertisements and brochures for the company’s various channels, as well as drove sponsorships for sports teams such as the Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever. Accomplished internal employee communications through the company newsletter that I started in 2013, as well as special announcements and contests and promotions for employees. Led the marketing team as the event manager and fulfilled the 2013 Q1 - Q3 company meetings, company picnic, executive holiday parties, annual incentive trips, national sales meetings and more. I worked side by side with outside vendors, created budgets and saw events through from beginning to end.

In addition, I was assigned as project manager within my team of four associates and used an online program called Producteev to add jobs, track progress and keep projects up-to-date each day. I also handled day-to-day communication inquiries and filtered and assigned all incoming
