I love anything fast. i have raced motocross and boardercross. i have skied and snowboarded my whole life. i am currently building a race car to get into auto racing.

Director of Industrial Design

I am a graduate from Colorado State University with a BFA in graphic design. I have a strong passion for good design and an intricate knowledge of the computer design tools at my disposal. If there is one way to describe my design work, it is versatile. Having a strong knowledge of the computer programs I use, as well as coding and web design, I am able to quickly come up with a variety of solutions to any design challenge that I am presented with. Creating great design across a wide variety of styles is something I can accomplish through creative thought process combined with utilizing my skill set in typography, illustration, layout, and web design. I have been working with design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite and others for over 10 years, as well as being well versed in HTML and CSS. I am also capable of working in 3d using programs such as 3d Studio Max, Solidworks, Sketchup , and more. Having used so many computer design applications, I can easily learn new programs in a very short period of time. I also have a strong interest in printmaking. As a part of my college curriculum, I took a few printmaking courses that I excelled in. In recent past careers I have managed employees, working together towards a common goal, to complete tasks under pressure. This fostered my own skills in team building and organization. I am an outgoing and fun guy to work with who takes hard work and tense deadlines as a challenge that can always be accomplished.

For Milner Distribution Alliance I had the responsibility of many design roles. My job included managing a small team of designers, heading up the design of over 30 new eyeglass frame designs, completing the complex task of setting up the builds for the 3d printers, and working closely with the finishing team to identify and correct design and printing errors. I am the sole inventor of four 3D printed hinge patents that were computer designed and tested utilizing FEA engineering software. I also handled the coding of all of their company websites. Their primary website was built using the Netsuite cloud content management system as it's base. The others were all coded from scratch. If the graphic designers got overwhelmed I would assist in the design of print and web material for  the company.

At BlueCo I handled their graphic design, web design, and coding, as well as industrial design and rendering. This included setting up their online Ecommerce site using Wordpress, modifying the appearance of the theme to better suit the company, and setting up and managing the site content. I also handled the design and 3D rendering for their online web app. If any of the companies needed any print or web design done, I would handle it. This ranged from printed flyers and posters, to website content and coded emails. They handle a lot of custom orders and requests, as well as large jobs for restaurants and offices, so prior to building everything, I would design the furniture in 3D and create a photo-real rendering so that the customer could see what the final product would look like prior to ordering.
