I plan to finish my education in Marketing, and I have a passion for music. I am driven and I intend to work hard for my passions and goals.

My duties include but are not limited to supervising that my staff provides great customer service and answers to all client requests, as well keep a clean, safe and organized environment for customers. Responsible of keeping track of all inventory in my department and all of the current and new merchandise purchasing for the Baking Department. In charge of researching what new trends and skills are out there for my department, as well communicate with all sale representatives. Maintain records of special orders, supplies, invoices, billing, etc. I also on an every day basis need to translate for customers, most of our staff is not bilingual. In addition, responsible for the store’s social media accounts.

My duties included but were not limited to translation for both attorney and client meetings. Maintained records of supplies, files and costs/expenses that attorneys had for certain cases. Performed the following skills in an everyday basis: translating legal documents from English to Spanish and vice versa, answered multiple phone lines, assisted clients over the phone and in person.
