FOOTWEAR, ACCESSORIES & HANDBAG PRODUCTION/PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT/SOURCING DIRECTOR:

Responsible for overseeing all elements of production for all divisions (Women’s, Men’s Footwear & Handbags) as well as all costing, quality assurance & factory performance across all product lines. Handled all aspects of strategic planning for Sourcing, Operations & Warehouse Management. Created and maintained departmental budgets, regularly identifying potential cost savings.  Managed 10 Production & Customer Service employees.  Responsible for employee support and retention.  Handled all aspects of global & domestic logistics and managed markdown and co-op money, company-wide. Responsible for assuring vendor compliance.

-	Managed/Developed/Sold second tier line and close outs, with sales totaling $7M+ for 2012.

Vice President Sourcing & Customer Service

Held a key leadership role within the cross functional team where I was responsible for all development and production for footwear, handbags & accessories departments-$100M+ in volume. Drove the management of global product development and production, and positioned business for growth. Developed, communicated and implemented global sourcing strategy in partnership with production offices and suppliers. Responsible for delivering on-time quality product that met or exceeded corporate financial objectives i.e. meeting pricing goals and guidelines-established costing standards, thus lowering FOB’s by maximizing volume and constructions to meet IMU goals. Created and managed the Product Lifecycle Calendar to ensure all deliverables were met. Assessed and challenged the business process to improve as needed. Set up standard working procedures for all Vendors and Agents.  Responsible for allocation of factories (sourcing) and all development in Brazil and Asia.  Managed department of 6 tea
