Brought in to turnaround distribution center; reported directly to CEO. Managed day-to-day warehouse functions to fulfill operations; domestic and global sales. Directed team of 10+ in 48,000 sq. ft warehouse with sales over $10M. Coordinated inbound and outbound freight, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, and EDI processing. Hired, trained, set goals, and provided feedback to warehouse associates and dockworkers. Reviewed and generated procedures and reports on production numbers, scheduled and assigned work for multi-shift facility, and communicated with internal and external customers to provide customer-focused service and cross-functional systems implementation.

•	Trusted advisor to CEO/Owner; hand-picked by CEO to travel to SC to research and source new distribution center. 
•	Increased productivity by 55% and improved space utilization by relocating fast moving products closer, making inventory more accessible, and increasing accuracy by separating similar items. Removed outdated stock, clearly identified zones and stock, and labeled for easy identification.
•	Improved inventory accuracy by 60% and order fulfillment; implementation of new inventory system improved accuracy of inventory on-hand and aligned quantities to reflect amount in system.
•	Optimized manufacturing of kits by 45%; customized software to advance production and deliver kits on time and eliminated process waste and excess inventory. 
•	Generated $10K in revenue by component testing: copper, lead, or other sellable metals; sold discarded inventory taking up valuable space; reorganized area for better space utilization.

Shipping & Receiving Manager — Assembly & Warehouse Distribution Center

Traveled 50-60% of time, domestic and internationally, to contract outsource production partners and manage production within outsource facilities to guarantee quality of products. Oversaw production management from Research and Development (R&D) to shipping of finished goods. Managed 15 direct reports and complexities of daily production operations. Interacted with design and technical team regarding product development and implementation of procedures. Addressed and resolved production and packaging concerns. Managed production for sales over $ 12M.
