Designing graphics, illustrations, images for different types of media, it could be for web as well as printed.

Responsible for the graphic design projects for the advertisement of the school. Use creativity to create banners, brochures, logos, tickets, adds, etc. depending on the event or activity.
• Assist in the planning, preparing and hosting events for fundraising for the student’s financial aid program.
• Assist in the planning, preparing and hosting gatherings such as lunches, cocktails and parties for the ex-alumni students of the school.
• Search for sponsors for the activities. Set up promotional “goodies” from the sponsors for the events.
• Responsible for the social media of the school using Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and the official CSJpr.org webpage. Maintain the website up to date with the latest news and activities.
• In charge of taking and editing pictures of the events to be followed up by an article for the social media.
• Manage different office tasks such as filing, digitalizing, making calls, assisting the other assistant and the manager of the office.

Graphic Designer/ Administrative Assistant

• Responsible for helping in the social and educational development of pupils, in an English-speaking environment, under the direction and guidance of the head teacher.
• Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities.
• Responsible for working in crafts and arts to children. Use creativity to create a fun and educational atmosphere in the classroom.
• Help teacher in supervising children in the classroom activities, and meals. Also, assist in supervising low organized games and outdoor free play. Maintain order and monitor activity to prevent accidents and injuries.

Responsible for the creation of various arts and logos for school activities to be printed on T-shirts, cards, large scale decorations and banners.
