Art Director

• Illustrate technical flats of knit and woven garments using Illustrator 
• Design screen prints for knits using Illustrator and Photoshop 
• Write pre-production spec sheets for woven and knits
• Request and coordinate fabric, trim, and garment samples from Hong Kong for approval
• Work with pattern makers for fit approvals of pre-production and production samples
• Make pricing packages for production department for sourcing and costing
• Prepare all artwork and color combinations for prints, stripes, plaids, screen prints, and 
embroideries with color chips and pitch sheets

Design Assistant

• Illustrate technical knit and woven garments using Illustrator and Photoshop
• Research and source fabrics working with foreign agents overseas

• Problem-solve and gather information on current development in order to respond to daily emails with foreign agents overseas
• Issue purchase orders to trim vendors, track delivery, receive goods
• Update all reports as necessary (work in progress, Paragon data system)
• Approval of pre-production and production fabric, lab dips, colors, and trims
• Spec and inspection of pre-production and production garments  (construction, spec points, and detail)
