Director of Digital Distribution

?	Results oriented leader with a broad-based background in the video game entertainment industry directing Digital Distribution, Sales and Marketing, Program Management, Operations, Purchasing, and Supply Chain initiatives. 
?	16+ Years of industry experience with a proven track record of producing strong bottom-line results by controlling costs and meeting strategic objectives within established deadlines.
?	Longstanding relationships with 1st Party and key partners including, Sony Computer Entertainment America, Sony DADC, Microsoft, Nintendo, Technicolor, Panasonic, and Valve.

?	Responsible for Sales and Revenue targets in the digital games business for the North and South American markets.
?	Develop new business strategies, Business Development, evaluates licensing opportunities.
?	Negotiates and closes strategic partner contracts to increase market share and presence.
?	Develops marketing and promotion strategies for product portfolio.

?	Manage key relationships with Sony DADC, Technicolor, Panasonic, Nintendo, and Microsoft on scheduling and manufacturing software products.
?	Own the project schedule for each product from production development, submission, packaging, manufacturing, and distribution (Program Planning).
?	Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams to manage inventory needs and product lifecycle.
?	Manage Vendor RFP’s and RFQ’s.
?	Evaluate distribution warehouses and KPI’s.
?	Manage and oversee all ERP (SAP) changes and updates pertaining to SD and MM modules.
?	Oversee the purchasing and logistics for e-commerce business.

Director of Operations

?	Direct a team of 6-8 Sales Support Representatives in processing and fulfilling sales orders from major retail and distribution customers.
?	Plan and manage the inventory allocation of sales orders.
?	Analyze sales and forecast demand for all active products.
?	Communicate with 3PL warehouse on shipping schedules and customer shipping requirements.
?	Maintain and monitor all customer shipping and inventory requirements: (familiar with using Retail Link, Partners Online, Vendor Central, etc.)
?	Strong understanding of end-to-end operations from Material Management, Product Setup (Bill of Materials), Purchasing, Order Lead Times, Inbound Receiving, and Outbound Distribution.
?	Oversee inventory management and product returns (RAs).
?	Oversee all material master setup, Item UPC’s, BOM’s, components, finished goods, and cartons.

Director of Sales Support and Operations

?	Coordinated the efforts of 15 external sales representatives to meet established sales goals with major national retailers and regional distributors with responsibility for budgeting, planning and on-time delivery of programs to maximize the sales of current and future products.
?	Served as Project Manager within the Sales and Marketing Department, working directly with key buyers to plan and execute in-store marketing plans.
