•	Operate multiline phone system, directs callers to appropriate personal
•	Balance cash register on a daily basis
•	Utilize POS system to enter client service, ring up tickets and student tuition payments
•	Maintain appointment book and assign clients to students on a rotation basis
•	Educating and counseling students regarding financial matters
•	Provide estimates to determine eligibility for aid
•	Complete appropriate paperwork for students’  Academic/FA file 
•	Input weekly student hours, post attendance and corrections in POS
•	Complete academic evaluations (SAP)  at appropriate percentage levels for students

•	Prepare daily lesson plans and demos per the Marinello curriculum
•	Supervise work of students, in the classroom and clinic floor
•	Ensure student receives an education that will help pass the State Board Examination
•	Evaluate and test students achievements in technical and practical skills



Cosmetology Instructor

•	Responsible for overseeing day to day store operations
•	Process product orders and maintain store inventory
•	Conduct outbound business development calls to existing clients
•	Coaching and development of new hire employees
•	Answering questions and assisting with product selection, purchases, and returns
•	Help ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and properly merchandised
