I'm a salesman for Allsport in Liberty Lake, WA.
We sell Can-Am, Ski Doo, Polaris, Yamaha, Honda, and Victory.
My job is to take all provided training on the brands we carry to answer
my customers questions without running to a computer to look them up.
Provide customer service over the phone to drive customers into our store.
Make the customer care more about their experience than price, and make
the sales process easy, relaxed, and understandable.

Train 50+ employees from all around the world about ski and snowboard equipment. Train employees on fitment and brand differences. Sell multiple brands of Ski and Snowboard gear. Provide the best customer service to some of the wealthiest people in the world.

Rental and Floor Lead

My job was to control the inventory of the store.
I handled all shipping and receiving, service scheduling, parts department sales, and unit sales.
I hired and trained my own staff, and provided a professional sales experience for our customers. I took hours of tests on Can-Am and Kawasaki products to acquire knowledge for our customers.
I drove business and became the, "Go to" guy in our area when it came to customers having any questions or concerns about the products we provided.
