• Responsible to research, document and organize consumer communication and handle all frames in anorganized manner.

• Handle all calls and emails for immediate, same day correspondence with the consumer, obtain proof of purchase and other pertinent information.

• Work with Quality Control department for inventory.

• Responsible for obtaining payment credit card information and to work with credit department to process payments.

•  Supports Retail division by handling strategic accounts and any special projects that should arise.

• Manages returned inventory and internal report logs for all consumer frames.

• Responds to emails and returns consumer phone calls within 24 hours.

• Research, offer, and process replacements/repairs within a reasonable timeframe.

• Provide confirmations, tracking and needed support with consumer queries, questions and feedback. 

• Work with strong Client Relations in order to support all outside queries (including international repair service).

•

Aug 2011-Mar 2012 - Manager at San Tan location. Retrained staff and moved store to #1 in the district

Mar 2012-Sep 2012 - Manager at AZ Mills location. Retrained staff and moved store #1 in the district

Sep 2012 – December 2013 - Manager at Scottsdale Fashion Square, currently hiring and training new staff, remerchandising and moving store to a more profitable position. 

Daily duties include:

- Promoting higher price point product through placement and thoughtful marketing 

- Increasing product sales by maintaining a strong conversion rate

- Keeping key performance indicators strongly above last year’s

- Building friendly and professional relationships with customers and colleagues

- Solving problems and implementing solutions across a multi-store platform
