Provided strategic direction and daily creative oversight of the U.S. Licensing Lifestyle Division’s Design and Product Development Team specializing in character-based brands such as SO SO Happy, Skelanimals, Death Row Records, and Milky Way & The Galaxy Girls. Worked within a dual role as both Creative Director and Product Development Director, establishing the overall vision, steering the entire design and product development process, and ensuring product segments remained within brand guidelines by end submission to effectively drive sales. 

Originally hired into company as a Graphic Designer in 2003, promoted to Product Development Manager in 2006, then Creative Director in 2010, and additionally took on position of Director of Product Development in 2010 upon employee leave.
