•	At NM : Responsible for identifying and developing strategic business and product development opportunities to support the overall Omni-channel growth objective while creating the model and providing the subject matter expertise to implement the best practices to accomplish this goal profitably throughout the organization focusing on all WOMEN’S Product Categories. •	Orchestrated +6% Sales/Profit Increase within 6 months of tenure, halted negative Double digit Sales/Profitability.
•	Accomplished +8% Sales Increase/+15% GM$ Increase by re-launching PECK N PECK Proprietary Private Label brand through repositioning of assortment, NEW brand label design, marketing, and store sales initiatives.
•	Achieved Increase of +$3.7M/+5% Sales and +$2.4M/+8% GM$ for BEST Corporate Financial Results for 2012 while also increasing DESIGNER BRAND penetration by +37%.


Divisional Merchandise Manager - Boutique/Designer/Contemporary Sportswear

•	Responsible for overseeing and leading the merchandising, design, trend/market forecasting, product/brand development, private label, sourcing, inventory management, and marketing strategies for Women’s ready-to-wear division including key account sales management. Accountable for ensuring the Corporate Financial Objectives.
•	Engineered +68% Increase in business model within 6 months of tenure through new product offerings and creating NEW brand launch to market of “NKD” label both domestically and internationally. 
•	Achieved +48% Increase within 18 months of tenure in business over financial objectives during difficult climate.


Vice President Merchandising/Product Development/Marketing

•	Responsible for overseeing and leading the merchandising, product/brand development, vendor support relationships, financial planning, private label, sourcing, allocation/operations, inventory management, Ecommerce and marketing strategies for the Ladies Sportswear/Intimate Apparel divisions for the company’s Largest sales volume area. 
•	Delivered Increase of +$32M in GM$/+5% in GM% within 1st half of 2008. ONLY + Positive Corporate financial profit results in difficult pre-bankruptcy climate.
•	Achieved +12% Sales Increase and 46% GM for HIGHEST Corporate 2008 YTD Performance in bankruptcy.


Vice President of Sportswear and Intimate Apparel

•	   Achieved Increase of +$125M/+125% in cost sales from new strategic product, sales, and licensee business initiatives implemented during time of tenure.
•	   Created +8% Sales/ +6% Profit Increase within 8 months of Restructuring Women’s Division and Men’s Merchandising team with full analytical review and strategic positioning report to Board of Director’s/Banks that championed  and won complete “buy in” agreement of needed changes. Worked in unison with all divisions.
•	Responsible for overseeing, managing, and leading the trend/design/product development, merchandising, financial strategic operations, licensing/compliance, vendor/sales relationships, production/sourcing, inventory, and Marketing/Ecommerce strategies for MEN’S, LADIES, and CHILDREN Belts, Gifts, Jewelry, Footwear, Fashion Accessories, Personal Leather Goods/Wallets and Handbags for entire company multi-channel account base from Luxury Department Stores to Mass Merchants in US and Internationally. •	Achieved HIGHEST +Sales/GM %( +$450M /45% GM) results of any Private Label Brand for SAKS Inc. within two years of initial label conception. 
•	Cultivated conception of initial label design, customer/signature profile, design/product development, sourcing, marketing strategies, and financial objectives for NEW proprietary Private Label Career and Casual brand for Saks, Inc called “STUDIO WORKS” and “STUDIO WORKS & CO”. Included all product categories for Missy, Petite and Women’s sizes in APPAREL CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES, and INTIMATE APPAREL.  Led and managed all associates in the development and execution of this product for all doors.
•	Developed and Executed the infrastructure and process for trend/design/development of product line, integration of financial plans, vendor support relationships, sourcing, store placements and marketing strategy with directed Teams that consisted of managing and leading 12 store division TOP management team members.
