Conducts analysis of existing HR organization and develops business plan to update policies, procedures, services, programs and operations. Oversees recruiting, employee relations, training and talent management for the Retail Division. Leading transformation of company perception of bureaucratic HR function to value added service. 


Human Resources Senior Manager - New York

Reporting to HR VP for North & South America, supervision of a team of 4. Oversaw the effective delivery of all HR management including employee relations, compensation, workforce planning and acquisition, global mobility ( US Visas and Permanent Residency), HR training, personnel cost forecasting, payroll and benefits for North & South America for Retail and Corporate Divisions.


Senior HR & Compensation Generalist

Reporting to VP of  HR Management & Compensation. Worked collaboratively across the department in support of WW compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Played an instrumental role in market salary survey participation, performing analysis, and providing market pricing for numerous departments. Generated weekly, monthly, and quarterly comp and HR reports, and provided comprehensive data to executive leadership.
