•	Process high volume, full cycle accounts payable
•	Research outstanding invoices, reconcile past due accounts and correspond with vendors.
•	Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching with purchase orders, purchase requisition, and record into Excel track sheets accordingly.
•	Process and input Non – PO and PO invoices with proper matching and coding for payments utilizing the SAP system.
•	Review and process employees’ monthly expense reports, petty cash, and mileage in accordance with company policies.
•	Mail out payable checks to ensure on time payment deliveries.
•	Set up new vendors, maintain new supplier forms and proper W8, W9 reporting.
•	Wire transferred and ACH process when account is required
•	Interact with procurements, purchasing departments to request for purchase requisition and/or good receipts
