	Manages department phones and assists in maintaining the calendar for appointments, important phone calls, meetings  and VIP visitors. Wrote, edited and published daily blogs for KIIS FM website and Facebook page. Executed in-studio tasks, such as the handling of hourly radio contests and gathering winner information. Cooperated with a staff of over 25 people to help with station events, both in-studio and on location. Helped manage schedules for various producers and on-air personalities.

Production Intern

	Worked directly with cast and crew to assure that all necessary paperwork was completed. Responsible for assuring that all cast and crew had the schedule and/ or script for shoot day. Managed all extras that were used for filming. Performed various administrative duties such as running errands and light office work.
