I am a production planner with experience working in an ERP system (SAP), and I am well versed in lean manufacturing principles.  I feel my Lean Six Sigma training, Kaizen experiences, 5-S participations and First Line Supervisory training have prepared me for a smooth integration into any company's production module.

Review, schedule and release of production order at the variable pressure foam machine, baumer rolls, all chop saws and prime pad heat lamination lines.  Conduct daily raw material inventories and create purchase orders through the ERP system.  Inventory coordinator at month end and fiscal year end inventories (duties included review and sign off of material losses and dollar discrepancies).  Shipping and transportation manager (duties included open order and critical delivery report review for on-time delivery performances).  Quality control supervisor (duties included daily lab test review, ensure timely data entry into material lot data file, daily report and discussion of all out of property specification testing with the foam manufacturing crew).

Production Manager

Receipt of inbound goods, verification of items and quantities against an open purchase order and product put away.  Work order pull and issuance into production lines.  Forklift operator.

Receiving Clerk

-Receive inbound goods and verify versus delivery manifests.
-Create inventory bins.
-Product allocation.
-Pull to Order.
-Cashiering duties including register closure and reconciliation against register receipts.
-Conduct warehouse/showroom floor cycle counts.
