I am an experienced National Account Manager having successful background in online advertising, innovative customer support solutions and high level sales strategies. 
I have extensive experience working closely and maintaining relationships with clients, sales teams, outsource companies and co-workers. I am a self motivator, working well as an individual, or in a team. I enjoy taking on leadership roles, and volunteering for opportunities that will add value. In my current and past roles, I've successfully managed a large volume of clients, as well as brands.

•	Manage Million dollar advertising campaigns for OEM and non-OEM partners, which include Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Acura, Scion, Kia and Hyundai, on AutoTrader.com, NADAguides.com, AutoLatino, Access (Behavioral Targeting) and Yume (Video) Networks, and Mobile Applications

•	Work with Director, National and Regional Account Executives to generate ideas and solutions that address the client’s needs and manage the implementation

•	Analyze and report on post campaign activity consisting of monthly recap summaries, delivery analysis and perform

•	Responsible for processing both Prime and Subprime Purchases, Refinances, 2nd mortgage loans in all 50 states, from beginning of loan process to end.
•	Successfully managing an average pipeline of 70 – 100 loans/clients per month
•	Running desktop underwriting, direct contact with borrowers collecting all stips needed to submit file to underwriting, and maintaining relationships with borrowers.
•	Reviewing HUD’s with borrowers, draw docs, scheduling signings, and sending docs out.  Stacking docs when they return, and preparing file for the funder to audit, then completing all funding conditions
•	Calculating income, impounds, ordering payoffs, and hazard.  
•	Maintaining relationships with title, loan officers, underwriters, and funders.
•	Responsible for restructuring loans that would not go through, and reselling the loans

Sr. Loan Processor

•	Responsible for processing Prime / Alt-A Mortgage and familiar with subprime loans in the retail consumer loan division and establishing initial contact with borrowers, for all 50 states.
•	Preparing &  submitting files to underwriting, obtaining & meeting all underwriting conditions, preparing files for final loan doc prep, meeting all funding conditions, and reviewing HUD’s with borrowers 
•	Calculating impounds, obtaining hazard, verification of employments, Payoffs, and flood certifications
•	Maintaining relationships with loan officers, doc drawers, funders, title/escrow and productions managers Responsible for processing Prime and Subprime Purchases, Refinances, 2nd mortgage loans in all 50 states.

•	Assisted VP of National Accounts which included reviewing production reports and preparing marketing presentations for clients
•	Administered distribution of Marketing Materials, coordinated manager calendar of events and travel arrangements
