Operations Customer Service

- Manage and maintain order files for various Major and Drop Ship EDI accounts including; Amazon, Nordstrom, REI, DXL, Scheels All Sports, Glik's, Macys.com and DicksSportingGoods.com
- Communicate and resolve EDI errors such as UPC and pricing discrepancies, ASN and invoicing 
- Set up and maintain 846 Inventory Feeds for Drop Ship/Direct-To-Consumer accounts
- Review routing guides and vendor compliance; Ensure VAS requirements are followed
- Review and manage numerous reports such as; Open Order, Credit Holds, Past Cancel, HFC and Bulk Order Management


EDI Specialist / Sales Operations

- Answer incoming calls and emails from E-Commerce customers across multiple 
  brands
- Data and order entry, return authorizations, and special handling requests
- Web order maintenance; order confirmations, adjustments, tracking and invoicing
- Update and manage a shared "ticketing" customer service system
- Website maintenance and merchandising on Magento and Shopify platforms

E-Commerce Specialist / Customer Service

- Manage amateur rider sponsorship programs
- Review incoming sponsorship applications 
- Manage and maintain sponsorship websites
- Answer incoming rider support calls, emails and faxes
- Data and order entry through AS/400
- Return authorizations, special handling requests and consumer replacements
- Weekly reporting and newsletters
- Assist brand managers
