I have worked in management for for 9 years, helping build teams and over see operation of business. I am looking to break into the sport industry because that is where my passion lies. I want to grow myself and those around me both professionally and personally.

Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, directing work, appraising performance, rewarding employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Establish and adjust a list of target position and prospects using all available internal and external resources. Conduct well-prepared face to face meetings that qualify business and take advantage of opportunities to create value and meet client needs. Maximize profitability by effectively negotiating bill rates and terms and ensure that direct labor rates are in line with market standards. Communicate account knowledge to team members during daily meetings.  Executes supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Organize the business daily operations, including managing up to thirty associates at any given time. Accountable for recruiting, scheduling, and terminating associates. Complete new hire paperwork and training. Track employee time sheets and hire date for benefit eligibility. Responsible for managing and running statistical reports on retention, labor percentages, and productivity. Report to corporate on daily store revenue, ticket, product sales and customer claims. Meet and exceed period productivity goals by continuously promoting and up selling store services. Maintaining relationships with partnering companies for promotional and concession purposes. Ensure the overall success of the business by creating an efficiently managed property and customer service friendly atmosphere.

Worked in a fast paced environment. Filling and sorting orders for Backcountry’s outbound processing. Regularly assisted other departments in the Distribution Center.
