Stock Manager

I was previously employed as Inventory Supervisor at Forever 21 E-commerce an independent Fast-Fashion Clothing and Lifestyle Company with them I was responsible for establishing and ensuring stock accuracy and reports are in compliance  of all aspects to inventory throughout the warehouse and ensuring that the day-to-day task and procedures meets required standards.

•	Developing and implementing the Forever 21 E-commerce inventory control’s standard operation       procedure. (Cycle counts, audits, consolidating).

•	Trained over 200 employees in two years

•Partner with management team to implement stockroom standards and procedures.
•Plan and execute all replenishment activities efficiently and accurately.
•Partner with management on performing stock transfers, damage outs and shipment receiving.
•Create a Customer First environment through proper sales floor and backroom presentation standards.
•Process new merchandise receipts in a timely manner for immediate sales floor placement.
•Conduct and maintain inventory records to track any merchandise shrinkage; inform the Store Manager of any shortages of merchandise.

Conduct weekly audits of lost/aging cartons by running inventory reports and observing data history to identify discrepancies in inventory data/reports, recommending solutions to resolve the issues with over 200,000 different numerical S.K.U.
monitors the levels of stock ensuring that the organization has optimal levels of stock, works with the rest of the management team to ensure that the organization has adequate supply of stock during peak customer periods, such as during sales and on holidays.
Process transfers and shrink adjustments in the internal warehouse system; reconcile physical inventory on-hand on a regular basis to ensure accuracy in reported figures, analyzing the results to identify opportunities for shrink reduction.
Oversee department, conducts training to employees on all standard operation procedure, and serve as the primary contact.
Identify any inventory discrepancies from the physical inventory data, investigate all potential causes, and recommend corrective measures.
Communicate regularly with Logistics, Warehouse, to ensure that all stores are following proper guidelines for receiving and accounting for inventory.(store to store)
Verify the accuracy of receipts and transfers by conducting audits of product inventory on a scheduled basis to provide inventory-related data as necessary.
