•	Successfully created a product presentation for the Stand Up To Cancer® organization, which in return landed a licensing partnership with the organization.
•	Have attended and worked both WSA@MAGIC and PROJECT in Vegas shoe/fashion shows twice: February 2012/August 2012. 
•	Designed for 3 different departments: High Fashion, Western Dept., and Accessories.
•	Designed new outsole molds, branded snaps, and custom zipper heads, and blueprinted CADS for factory, POP, marketing materials, packaging, and branding trim.
•	In charge of monitoring development sampling to completion.
•	Dealt direct with Chinese/Mexican factory contacts through all development process.
•	Created SMU (Special Makeup) for brands:
o	DSW, Free People, Urban Outfitters, BUCKLE, Nordstroms, Zappos.com
•	Results: My skill in rendering photo-realistic CADS of new shoe styles was a first for the company. It reduced the margin of error from returned samples from China. Was praised by owner of company for having both creative design and industrial design skill set.
