Booking Assistant

During my young career, I have had the opportunity to work in many facets of the marketing and entertainment industry including events, brand partnerships, sales support, and digital content strategy as well as keeping my passion alive as a musician. I'm constantly searching for ways to use this passion to fuel the evolving relationship between entertainment and technology. I strive to be a part of something bigger than myself...to connect brands and fans in creative and effective ways.

• Project management and tour coordination for artists on the Pure Noise Records and Soroka Agency roster
• Contract and tax form management for each artist and show
• Work with sponsors, vendors, and production houses for event logistics

• Developed, launched and manage Pandora's B2B social media presence (@PandoraPulse) & blog (advertising.pandora.com/blog) 
• B2B and B2C events coordination and support, including SXSW 2014, CES 2014, Casual Connect Conference SF 2014, Pandora's Sound of Your Brand Summit, GDC 2014, and various B2C concerts.
• Manage the development and distribution of the internal weekly sales newsletter to keep the sales team informed on the latest advertising product launches and marketing resources.
• Manage swag inventory including the ordering and distribution to Pandora sales offices.
• Assist in project management and sales tool development for product launches and event executions, including maintaining messaging materials, creating executive briefing books, etc.

Marketing Coordinator

• Maintain guest lists, invites, and RSVPs for all events
• Work with talent management and venues to secure artist assets, hospitality and lodging needs
• Assist on-site at events with set-up, break-down, check-in, and additional responsibilities as necessary. Events include: Grammy's After Party, Casual Connect SF, and various concerts.
• Compile and analyze comprehensive list of competitor’s B2B, B2C, and internal events.
• Track social media trends and metrics for events

Events Intern

• Program large-scale entertainment special events and concerts at WWU
• Book talent and work with artist management/agent to accommodate
• Work as liaison between in-house marketing, venues, and artist management/agents
• Supervise allocation of staff; oversee logistics to accommodate performers and touring needs
• Manage a budget of $26K to allocate over 9-12 events
• Booked & supervised all events including: MTV's The Buried Life, Nick Offerman (NBC's Parks & Recreation), Seattle Sonics rally featuring Shawn Kemp + musical guest Blue Scholars, Annual Pop Music Industry Conference (2011-2013), Aaron Carter, Evanna Lynch (from Harry Potter films) speaker series, and many more.

Special Events Coordinator

• Worked with multiple teams to develop an integrated marketing communications plan to drive awareness and registrations for Zaahah
• Created and disseminated press releases to media outlets in the Greater Seattle Area
• Coordinated sponsorships and promotions of events to drive awareness

PR/Marketing Intern

• Staff all concerts and special events
• Venue logistics for shows
• Manage green room and hospitality for artists
• Manage promotions and marketing for all special events
• Assist for day-of operations as runner for artists and event management
