•      Designed various systems for a range of helicopter models including float systems, composite containers, cable cutter systems and more to be FAA and EASA compliant
•      Setup and ran several types of analyses including: static and dynamic FEA on parts/assemblies on materials ranging from lightweight metals to composites, buoyancy substantiation of helicopter emergency floatation systems and helicopter wire strike analysis.
•      Wrote various types of reports including structural substantiation, buoyancy substantiation, install instructions, and more.
•      Created 2-D drawings for manufacturing and assisted machinists with any questions.  Designed for manufacturability and performed tolerance analysis.  Created 3-D Models for composite tooling and worked with composite manufacturers on all issues.  Responsible for creating all 3-D and 2-D models for projects worked on.
•      Created full drawing packages including BOMs for production and manufacturing.
