Technical Developer

For the past two years I’ve had the privilege of being a part of NikeLab – an innovative space where I’ve been working on collaborations with world-renowned fashion designers and athletes as well as in house designers, using cutting edge fabrics and technologies, and otherwise enjoying pushing the Nike envelope.  With that enlightening experience now at the core of my professional being , I’ve found myself looking for new opportunities to learn more, grow and contribute. I am driven by learning. I’m inspired by fit and craft and ideally consumed with creating the best product. I constantly push myself – and with contagious enthusiasm, push my team. I am creative by nature and detail oriented by practice. I am open to new ideas and approaches. I observe intently, ask a lot of and execute skillfully. I want to make things with you. I want to collaborate with you. I want to be inspired and grow, follow and lead, learn from our mistakes, and bask in our shared successes. Team-work is the ultimate catalyst to an end-game we can all be proud of.  I believe that my collaborative DNA has proven to work as a unique accelerator and motivator in a professional and design setting.


NikeLab operates as an incubator within Nike, providing exclusive and elevated product on an accelerated timeline and collaborating with outside designers and athletes
Support technical development team on all projects for seasons SU16-SU18
Manage development of 51 styles, Men’s and Women’s in all classifications, FA17-SU18 with internal and external designers
Interact with and develop knowledge of knits, woven, fleece, seamless and various fabric processes
Partner with design team to develop concepts and prototypes throughout development and production
Facilitate all aspects of fitting process; inclusive of receiving, measuring and recording samples, in addition to coordinating fit sessions and managing communication of comments to/from factories
Aid in creation of block library specific for NikeLab silhouettes based on research of style history, to create a cohesive fit, season to season, in order to accelerate  the development process
Plan and facilitate internal wear testing for hi

Coordinate tech packs and technical flats for seasonal production. Develop content across all global social platforms; manage from conception to execution
Serve as liaison between Sales Divisions, including SIA tradeshow assistance. Assisted head designer with apparel development from conception to manufacturing of final product and sales.

Design Intern

Assist head designer of Phrenology line with millinery needs; blocking hats, hand sewing labels, lining and wiring.

Went on runs, prepared garments for market week, upholstered couch.

Collaborated with founder on pop-up concept shop. Concentrated on brand development through innovative promotional materials and brand relationships. Assisted with ski apparel and helmet designs.

Freelance Designer

Present at fittings and factory runs, assembled tech packs, cut fabric for production.

Prepared sketches for designer (flats and illustrations), created tech packs, swatches, runs to factories and fittings.
