Scan checks to bank accounts and verify manual deposits, Post deposits to customer accounts. 
Maintain accurate client accounts. Maintains tenant ledgers to insure that correct rent charges are billed monthly. Complete adjustments as needed.  Enter vendor invoices into Nexus for approval from Property Manager. Complete weekly check runs for Property Accountant. Assist in managing financial reports for a portfolio of over 15 properties in the commercial and residential industry. Provide assistance and training for new employees and on-site managers. Compile and review funding requests for accuracy before submitting to lenders. Responsible for updating bank statement reconciliations, recording journal entries, and completing various month end financial reports. Process checks for accounts payable and payroll. Knowledge in bankruptcy, receivership, insurance, taxes and other various aspects of the real estate industry.

Completed the billing process for services rendered, reviewed explanations of benefits from insurance companies, and follow up on all unpaid balances on accounts that have not been collected through the normal billing processes hardest to collect accounts. Completed the account adjustment process, submitting for approval with the established guidelines. Researches all accounts over 180 days and recommends applicable collection actions. Maintains a working knowledge of computerized billing program. Produces month end statements and claims, ensuring proper documentation is sent with each claim.
