Senior Technical Designer

•	Manage and mobilize the work efforts of 2 internal team members and 15 external team associates to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of technical design components for 2 product lines consisting of  65 + styles per season  
•	Integrate design with engineering by utilizing Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AccuMark and Web PLM to develop 60 to 80 garment specification packages per season
•	Communicate daily with global vendors to ensure product specifications and deadlines are met for the delivery of over 30,000 units per style
•	Instruct and guide collaborative efforts throughout the global production chain by preparing up to 65 fit comments and pattern corrections in PLM while working on multiple product lines in a quarter 
•	Manage global product deadlines in a fast paced environment where last minute corrections        and changes are common 
•	Work with cross functional teams to address global chain management issues
•	Generate 60+ technical sketches per season using Adobe Illustrator and PLM
•	Arrange and conduct 2+ fit sessions per week
•	Establish cohesive work flow between International offices and 6+ overseas vendors

Senior Technical Designer

•	Developed technical illustration and freehand illustration to aid overseas vendors in construction expectations
