I am an avid hiker

Backpacker and lover of the outdoors. i have loved sports since the 4th grade and i have been told my entire life that i should work in the sports community. when not at work

I try to spend my free time in the wilderness as much as possible. i have set a goal to hike the john muir trail before my 35th birthday.

Client Services Manager

Managed our individual and family health and life insurance. I have assisted our 17 brokers throughout Southern California through managing our office calendar, scheduling travel and preparing for all meetings. I helped with our company facebook and webpages along with various office tasks.

I run our entire individual and family health and life insurance department. I assist with the enrollment of our small group insurance plans as well as the enrollment of their 401K plans. I am an assistant to over 17 brokers throughout Southern California in which some of my responsibilities include: managing a calendar, arranging domestic travel, monitoring and setting up their Facebook accounts and scheduling all meetings. I am extremely proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and Word. 
My position requires that I juggle several different tasks at once, and deal with changing priorities on a daily basis. I have excellent customer service skills, I love working and communicating with all types of people and understand the importance of marketing for a business.

Coordinated all vendors for events, I oversaw the set-up and take
down for each wedding or corporate event. I am responsible for creating RSVP lists,
maintaining the budget, scheduling meetings, parking and staff as well as overseeing the
calendar.

Event Assistant

I managed our entire office calendar, set-up meetings, ordered supplies and was responsible for our phone line system. I helped in the development of the companies Facebook and Twitter page. I handled all of the incoming and out-coming mail as well as opened and closed the office on a daily bases. I was fully trained in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Word. I managed important client information with the utmost respect to client confidentiality as well as learned the importance of time management.

Office Assistant

Helped with library card distribution, checking books and audio in
and out of the library, setting up events and helping patrons with use of the computers,
scanners and copiers. Was fully trained in Voyager, Microsoft Office, managing a
multiple line telephone system, data entry, preparing mailings and miscellaneous office
duties.
