As a Loyalty Operations Specialist with Kobie Marketing – a full-service marketing firm providing solutions for customer loyalty, experience, and retention – I was responsible for managing the ongoing operational needs for all Financial and Transportation clients that Kobie services. Working in an project management capacity to service our client’s needs, I managed the manifest schedule of projects and implementations for our Financial Institution and Transportation clients, scheduling timelines for Development, Creative, and Client Service resources to ensure the timely deployment of all implementation and program updates. I’ve worked closely with all clients to evaluate their existing loyalty program, and initiate strategies and enhancements to improve profitability, customer loyalty, and retention. This experience has provided me the opportunity to gain valuable industry knowledge and a deep understanding of the operations behind of customer loyalty programs and project management in general. Additionally, I have gained valuable management experience in my time working in the Healthcare Education industry. Starting as a Business Analyst, and ultimately transitioning into Management, for a for-profit online healthcare education institution, Ultimate Medical Academy, I supported various initiatives geared towards enhancing our corporate partnerships and increasing the total admission of students into our accredited programs, while also working to improve departmental efficiencies, and providing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of key metrics to our Executive team. Upon being promoted to an Associate role, I took on more of an operational focus within various departments and built several CRM systems for our Career Service department, and launched new support services to increase visibility into productivity, reporting, and progress towards our overall organizational goals to report to our accrediting body. This allowed our Career Service department to grow from 31 employees to over 200 in approximately one year. During this time, I was also responsible for running our national career development workshops and job fairs throughout the country. I was responsible for organizing all event budgets and logistics, while also creating and maintaining business partnerships. Through the improvements of our Career Service department and our national workshops, I began to transition into Management, and was tasked with building our new Externship department in only a few short weeks. Working closely with Executive level management, I helped to build the Externship department of 40 Account Managers, student facing Coordinators, and Career Services Advisors. Upon completing our internal Corporate Learning and Development Management Training, I managed this team of 40 to ensure the department effectively met our monthly and annual goals of several important organizational metrics. Throughout my time with Ultimate Medical Academy, I was tasked with being the liaison across multiple departments to ensure various initiatives were successful, and that we were able to improve the overall student life cycle and experience across several educational disciplines. This allowed me to acquire a deep institutional knowledge of many operations and to continually be relied upon to manage and support company-wide projects and initiatives. This experience, coupled with my education from The Ohio State University (Bachelor of Science in Geography - specialization in Geographic Information Systems, Bachelor of Arts in International Studies - specialization in World Economy and Business, Minor in Economics), has provided me with a well-rounded analytical and interpersonal skill set, along with technical experience and a proficiency in many computer systems. My combination of analytical, operational and management experience makes me an ideal candidate for your organization. I believe my experience in managing the day to day operations in the implementation of loyalty programs, implementing new departments, building reporting metrics for existing and new departments, customizing several CRM systems to speak to our other internal applications, working closely with Executive level management, improving efficiencies and constructing brand new departments, organizing and overseeing all event logistics, managing employees to achieve important organizational goals, prioritizing multiple projects in an entrepreneurial atmosphere, all while working cross-departmentally and maintaining a positive attitude and work ethic, has set me up to become a valued member of any organization.
