In charge of taking and directing phone calls, organization and management of files, as well as assisting and directing customers. Help the producers fill in manage customer information as well as, input information for new business and prepare it for company comparison price quote. As the lifeguard, the primary duty was the safety and management of the pool. If any problem arose, it was required to be the first responder and take charge of the situation and be responsible for maintaining order and bringing it to the best solution possible. Along with that, as the concierge my duties were to schedule and book swim lessons as well as bill customers for lessons. I would also, assist as other staff, and make sure the pools were clean and orderly.
