Customer Service Representative Team lead /Mid-level accounts

Giving And Maintain High-end Customer Service And Sales to every customer. Also with the goal to build a long lasting relationship with all my clients.

As a customer service representative I was responsible for taking about 145 calls a day, fulfilling the customer’s needs and informing them of new products and promotions. I impacted the sales team by selling over $120,000 in just 8 months, exceeding my total year sales goal by 37%. I received customer service representative of the month multiple times. Helped raised the bar of customer service standards  with my answer the phone with smile upbeat phone voice.

As a key holder/department manager I am responsible for the stores sales goals and maintain associates sales goals. Coaching and guiding teammates to meet/surpass their sales goal quota. As a department manager I oversee my department of accessories helping to grow the business. Another duty is mall networking and marketing on a weekly bias. Whether it walking the mall networking to other store or helping us get involved with fashion shows.

As an Store manager I was responsible for maintaining sales goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. I was required to have a great product knowledge and excellent boutique style customer service to help the customer get the perfect pair of glasses.  I was also responsible for scheduling, completing payroll, hiring, training new employees and planning events for clients.   Sold over  132,000 Year to date At Solstice Sunglasses Boutique which was 45% of the stores year to date sales.

Primary responsibilities included maintaining the health, safety and happiness of multiple animals, coordinating daily activities within the Pet Care Department, handling multiple phone lines directing incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, stock room maintenance such as inventory counts, rotation of stock and keeping facilities clean and organized, design and constructing product displays.  Personal accolades I received include highest customer retention among animal care specialist, top sales agent maintaining.
