Staff Photojouralist 

I am a visual storyteller with over 20 years of experience in still photography, video and multimedia. I am looking for a position as a photographer/videographer or a video editor.

I produce still images and video for our web and print products. I photograph breaking news, editorial, and sports assignments in a fast paced deadline driven environment. I prepare the images for print and web publication using Adobe Photoshop. I utilize Adobe Premiere and After Effects to edit the video I shoot, color correct and render it to a HTML 5 compliant format. I also gather radio quality audio and create multimedia slide shows. I post photo galleries, video, and multimedia content to our website. I frequently file photos and video content from remote locations. I also collaborate with reporters on long-term photo and video projects. In addition to my daily assignments, I also generate standalone images and long-term photo and video projects. I have trained interns and co-workers in Adobe Photoshop and video techniques.   

I photographed news, editorial, and sports assignments for a publication of the Fresno Bee. I edited and prepared images for publication using Adobe Photoshop.  I collaborated with reporters on stories and generated standalone and long form photo stories. In addition, I maintained the photography department and supervised another photographer.
