•	Develop volunteer ambassador program to increase the level of annual giving in six cities.
•	Work as a senior member of the American College Advancement leadership team.
•	Work with MetLife, New York Life and Penn Mutual Insurance to develop and implement annual company giving campaigns.  Raised over $250,000 through the MetLife campaign of 2009.

Administered four major community outreach programs that served individuals throughout Philadelphia.  Managed a budget of $2.1 million, hired, supervised and supported 25+ full time employees.
•	Increased program support by 400% through strong partnerships with the Board of Directors in development, sponsorship attainment and advocacy.  
•	Worked with hundreds of volunteers to carry out the organizational mission.
•	Wrote, administered, and evaluated numerous grants which led to additional funding for programs.
•	Created and oversaw all marketing efforts for promotion and funding.
•	Worked with Philadelphia City Council and state legislators regarding funding, partnerships and access issues.
•	Partnered with other community organizations and Penn State departments in coordinating support for programs.

Traveled to Siberia, Russia to teach Marketing and Business to students and business consultants.

Led all aspects of the Camps and Conferences program.  Developed and controlled a budget of over $1 million and supervised one full time and 500 seasonal employees.
•	Created and administered annual Elderhostel programs, an international program for older adults that consists of short-term, continuing education.
•	Constructed and implemented marketing strategies to include design and distribution of brochures, ad and web page production and implementation.
•	Worked with various campus departments such as food services, maintenance, housing, custodial services and public relations to operate Camps and Conferences events.

•	Administered all aspects of Athletic Department Sports Camp.

•	Environmental programs for 28,000 girls and 10,000 volunteers.
•	A ten week residence camp with a staff of over 70 employees.
•	Development and administration of a budget of over $500,000.
•	Conducted a council wide athletic program with 1,000+ participants.
