Served as Executive Team member formulating policy recommendations for the Board of Directors.  Worked on various large scale projects assigned by Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer to lower costs of the agencies and supplement toll income by negotiating contracts to generate auxiliary income.

•	Led team that analyzed employee compensation package to lower TCA’s benefit costs by 11.46 percent by June 2016.
•	Engineered an agreement with Avis/Budget Rent-a-Car generating over $1,000,000 in revenue annually.
•	Negotiated Hollywood film contracts including a $130,000 contract with Warner Bros.
•	Acting Chief Financial Officer from October 2012 to December 2012 and December 2012 to January 2013 in conjunction with the Chief of Staff responsibilities.
•	Explained, justified and defended programs, policies and activities in assigned areas of responsibility.
•	Augmented 241 Completion outreach by focusing on business community and third party coalitions.
