Editorial Assistant

During my education in California State University, Northridge, I completed an internship at Bender/Helper Impact where I updated media list, researched contact information, wrote pitch letters and compiled research in the interactive entertainment department. I also completed an internship at the CSUN Division of Student Affairs, where I pitched media alerts, biographies and coordinated event schedules for non-profit organizations. On top of that, I also wrote newswires for KCSN 88.5 FM, the local college radio station. After graduating, I took an internship with AAAZA Inc., an advertising agency, where I edited press releases, created competitive research analysis and media decks, client event coordinating and daily administrative to the accounts and media team. My goal is to work in a highly professional environment with a dynamic and knowledgeable team of professionals who desire the most in life.

-Developed competitive research and implement analysis decks to provide the clients such Nong Shim, MoneyGram, and DirecTV what is the current consumer trend in the Asian market.
-Assisted the senior media planner in compiling the quarterly competitive tracking report for the clients MoneyGram and DirecTV as well as the quarterly share of voice report.
-Assisted the media department in compiling the 2013 corporate campaign media insertion order for their client Nong Shim America.
-Successfully organized and coordinated major events for clients to efficiently maximize brand exposure to target market audience.

-Managed PR coverage for Interactive Entertainment clients such as THQ, Zoo Games, Sony Online Entertainment and Konami.
-Compiled an in-depth research study of Massive Multiplayer Online and its demographics consumer to client SEE Virtual Worlds for their upcoming game title Universal Monsters.
-Constantly tracked and updated weekly media hits and strategically created media list for clients’ ongoing products such as World of uDraw, DC Universe Online, Clone Wars Adventures, Michael Jackson the Experience, Silly Bandz and Minute to Win It.
-Coordinated a satellite media touring for Sony’s DC Universe Online New York Comic-con coverage.
