FREELANCE DESIGN

I have experience in design, production, color management and pre-press/digital-prep of branded and non-branded print materials.  My web experience includes web graphic`s, electronic emails and front-end web design utilizing Dreamweaver.


-Marketing Communications Company-
Tasks:  design, print production and web comp creation

Graphic Designer

-Digital Imaging Company-               
Tasks:  Digital file preparation for national and local cliental.  Applied numerous set-up & adjustment procedures to multiple file formats for various in-house imaging devices.  Files consisted of Signage, 	Tradeshow Materials, Billboards, Menu Boards, Vehicle Graphics, Art Work Reproductions, Multi-side prints, Large File Formats and Mounting & Finishing. Also responsible for Color Adjustments and Color-Matching.  Performed design duties as well.  Digital department consisted of eight artists–two of which held the titles of both Prep-Artist & Designer.  I was one of the two that held both titles.

-Swimming Pool Supplies Corporate Office-
Tasks:  Design and production of web graphics, electronic emails, and print collateral for the company and its products.  Due to visual enhancements of electronic emails and web page graphics, company experienced a 20% increase in web-related sales during first month of my employment.

-Professional Practice Building Resource-
Tasks:  Digital file preparation, organization, update and repair of Dental, Medical, Optical, Veterinary and Real Estate Practice-Building materials.  Built files from rough concept to print-ready completion.  Assisted in catalog department when necessary.

-Wholesale Electronics Distributor-
Tasks:  Design and production of Catalogs, Multi-page Flyers, and various marketing materials that support the company and its products.

-Wholesale Distributor of Tool Kits, Hardware and Electrical Accessories-
Tasks:  Design, production, pre-press and image content management for Catalog Covers, Catalog Pages, Marketing Materials, Advertising Sell Sheets and Brochures that support the sales of Stanley Tools.  Contributed to company cost savings through accurate file pre-press.  Followed branding guidelines.  Prepared files for print, screen display and web needs.
