Tournament Operations Administrator

I have spent the last ten years working in the sports industry, with both team and individual sports organizations, selling to both customers and sponsors. In addition to knowing both ends of the spectrum, I know what is important to both fans and potential business partners. I have proven success in creating and selling sponsorship packages, in addition to promoting and instituting fundraising programs. I am a team-oriented leader and have very strong communication skills, as I have sought out and maintained positive relationships with businesses in the Southern California area.

Oversees all Southern California PGA Section Tournaments, communicates with sponsors and host club before and during each tournament, creates marketing materials such as the SCPGA Tournament Tribune, develops yearly fiscal budgets, writes tournament news and recaps, manages and promotes the growth of the SCPGA AAA program

Sold and serviced group sales to all Trenton Thunder home games via phone and in-person meetings, promoted a group fundraising program to generate sales, provided customer service to all fans, generated $180,000 in one season, which eclipsed goal of $150,000

Group Sales Account Executive

Managed all season ticket and group accounts, provided group sales and customer service to groups at all home games, assisted in the creation of promotional nights and similar marketing plans, generated in excess of $500,000 in season and group ticket sales, had a 91% renewal rate of season tickets over two seasons, created season ticket brochures and group programs to help generate sales
