Gift Sales Executive

Mercury is an integrated Payments Processor, I am currently in inside sales for their gift and rewards programs.  One hundred percent of this job is done from the phone.  Responsible for individual merchant campaigns, co-branded developer campaigns, and sales leads from our partnership network.  Monthly sales goals are 70% revenue and 30% enrollments, focusing of question based selling. 

Implemented a team for an acquired SAAS Loyalty product for the customer service department. Responsible for coordination of the integration of customer support for the product, agent training, and inter departmental responsibilities. Built a team of 5 subject mater expert and assisted in creating service level agreements, specialized training, and call volume thresholds.  This product was discontinued and maintained for 1 year, at that time I took over a majority of responsibilities including, sales, billing, marketing, technical support, developer support, and customer support.  Assisted the executive team in implementing a guideline for communication, support, and timeline expectations for the discontinued product.
