After graduating with a BAS degree in Graphic Information Technology from Arizona State University, and an AAS in Graphic Design from Glendale Community College, I have spent the last two years establishing myself in the professional world as a well-rounded Graphic Designer. 

Having a unique, creative mind is in my blood. With an Art Professor as a father, and a Graphic Artist for a mother, I grew up loving everything and anything creative & artistic. It has always been a hobby and a passion of mine; I knew I could live a happy life also making it a career.

Some of my greatest accomplishments are winning a 2011 PIAZ award and being asked to create Phoenix's Encanto Park 50th Anniversary "Diamond Jubilee" marketing campaign (poster & graphic elements for tv spot).

I design graphics/elements/layouts for use in event & marketing collateral such as brochures, sales folders, floor-plan overviews, infographics, labels, flyers, signage, advertising, letterheads and billboards. I also design graphic elements for the web and prepare wide angle panoramic photographs for use on our 360º model home tours.

Typical day includes:

• Prepares visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts.
• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
• Plans concept by studying information and materials, including past collateral and inspiration from the internet/current printed material
• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.

Owner - Graphic Designer

As an Agent within Customer Solutions, my primary responsibilities are assisting PayPal customers and helping to resolve their inquiries to the limitations placed on their accounts. As a Customer Solutions limitations agent, I exhibit strong communication skills, excel in customer interaction, exhibit creativity and skill in delivering practical solutions, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Taks involve:
1. Research using the appropriate tools, limiting accounts as appropriate or lifting limits based on appeal, closing out of buyer complaints, tracking customer contacts and logging relevant case related information. (90%)
2. Proactively recommend and educate the customer about features and benefits of products in order to improve their satisfaction and deepen their relationship with PayPal. In undertaking this duty you will use Compass and IT systems to recognize the opportunities and transition the call. Deliver on metrics set for offered and accepted opportunities. (5%)

Customer Solutions Limitations Agent

I designed and printed all marketing materials in-house which included direct mailers, catalogs, social media elements, and promotional pamphlets/flyers.

I was also responsible for maintaining customer database, website subscriptions, phone & email customer service as well as the upkeep of digital organization, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Constant Contact, Houzz, and Pintrest)

Typical day includes:

• Accepted & maintained new customers on customer database/website requests
• Upkeep of project management spreadsheet, and made sure I was on task
• Plans concept by studying information and materials through online inspiration
• Obtains approval from owners and reworks collateral as needed.
• Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment (maintenance to all in house printers/equipment)
• Functioned as a marketing coordinator as well, requesting printing quotes/maintaining relationships with outside sources
