I am a creative, dynamic, and forward-thinking branding, PR, event coordinating, and social media specialist using my customer service experience to build and enhance professional relationships, both within and outside of the organization

-Worked as sole intern under CHS Revolution’s founders
-Established brand voice through writing Rev Instructor Manual and website content, including Rev Studio Ettiquette, FAQs, career openings, and instructor biographies

-Maintained relationships with sponsors and partnered with them for future events, such as employee rides, rider discounts, and out-of-studio street rides
-Signed up over 250 new riders through eight hours of direct marketing activities taking place

Server

- Ensure quality service to both Marriott hotel guests and outside customers by thoroughly answering questions, making sincere recommendations, and professionally handling issues 
- Partner with other departments in the hotel (e.g. front desk, events management, and valet) in order to maintain guest happiness and hotel success 
- Assist in creating new drinks, choosing new wines, and developing new food items upon menu renovation

- Handled large amounts of cash and credit cards transactions, bussed tables, checked IDs, and worked with people of other languages, primarily Spanish 
- Managed opening and closing operations as shift leader, making sure restaurant was prepared for a busy night or spotless for the next day’s shift
