-Project Managed the creation of the Heaven's Door website (Bob Dylan's Whiskey Brand) by bridging the gap between Bob Dylan's Management, Spirit's Investment Partnership, Creative Director and School's in-house design team 

-Worked hand-in-hand with the Creative Director to develop the branding and voice for how to convey Bob Dylan's relationship to American Whiskey and the newly founded company

-Managed a team of designers and developers to build a multifaceted website showcasing Bob Dylan's Art and Whiskey 

- During the soft launch, the Spirit's Investment Partnership successfully sold over 15,000 bottles 

-Worked with the Senior Account Manager and Program Manager to execute the Suntory Whisky Toki 2017 Experiential Sampling Tour events from inception to completion

-Increased levels of awareness of Suntory Whisky by sampling the liquor/liquor cocktail to target US markets 

-Managed creation of a unique Japanese Whisky tasting experience for high-end conferences and food events by having a Yatai (Japanese Street Cart) and Japanese Performances 

-Managed all production aspects for projects to include: prepping all staff on the Toki brand before arriving on site to ensure proper product knowledge, lining up specialty products, working with artists and musicians to add a performance element (if applicable) and lining up photo and video of the event

-Negotiated venue, promoter and vendor logistics, staff/bartender training and management, footprint build and aesthetic design and strike

-Managed videography and photography teams to finalize the photos and produce the event experience videos 

-Collaborated with the Senior Account Manager and Program Manager to present the results of the events to the BeamSuntory team 

-Tour events included: Mashable House at SXSW, Pebble Beach Food and Wine, LA Times LA Food Bowl and Eat Drink SF, Art Basel

-Managed marketing initiatives including email, SEO, PR, social media, content, creative development, design, web development for several e-commerce clients leading to several million dollars in revenue over a one year span

-Managed the development and design of all marketing materials including email, SEO content, PR, social media, creative copy, design, websites for clients

-Improved social media strategies for a wide variety of multifaceted campaigns on serval channels

-Organized communication among the creative team, the video production company and School’s various clients to ensure the original idea agreed upon by the client was actualized in the final deliverables

-Responsible for creative and design direction; Hosted “whiteboard” sessions with the creative team through the ideation of campaigns, slogans, and advertisements for a full range of clients and distribution mediums

-Managed creative direction of pitch deck design, slogans, storyboards, and scripts and presented them to clients and IAT

-Worked to improve the creative direction, build out the storyboards, production logistics, and timeline and worked for hand in hand with the line producer to execute the creative for content product projects 

-Launched several brands and products including the Skullcandy Grind Headphone and the Tivo Bolt

-Managed influencer marketing and PR outreach the Ugly Sweater Run and Denver Oktoberfest

-Toured with the Human Movement Management team to physically setup and host several events around the U.S.  

-Achieved organic publicity from blogs and local publications from more than a dozen outlets  

-Negotiated various deals and was successful in lining up several different types of media coverage 

-MCd competitions and events throughout the course of the tour

-Launched yearly and monthly marketing plans for concerts and events on campus at The University of Colorado at Boulder

-Created a comprehensive brand guide that consisted of brand standards, design, look and feel

-CandyGrind is a lifestyle clothing and snowboard soft goods company based in Colorado. As Event Director for CandyGrind, I was able to merge my passion for the snowboard industry with my love for producing and promoting events.

-Over my three years with Candygrind, I developed their branded events and put on over 10 "CandyGrind Presents" events around Colorado.

-These events ranged from 250-1,000 in attendance.
