Adaptive Ski Buddy

To obtain a position that specializes in event coordination, marketing, and programming within company that focuses on recreation and holds strong outdoor values.

• Arrange and assist as needed with Tour Operator familiarization tours including itineraries,
welcome packages, site tours, lodging, mountain money, transportation, ski school, ski rentals,
meals, and activities
• Coordinates daily mass communications with Wholesale Tour Operators, regarding pricing,
contracting and various resort lodging or lift ticket information.
• Assist in accounting functions such as tracking/maintaining departmental budget including
T&E and bill payment
• Train tour operator partners on the Web Portal lift ticket ordering system, Epic Pass ordering system,
Genares as well as field follow-up questions
• Administers winter and summer contract for lodging, lift ticket, and ski school products as well as
communicate sall changes and updates

• Provides general orientation on the mountain to experienced skiers with disabilities
• Provides assistance with adaptive lessons and assists primary instructor to 
• Implements’ integration into children’s ski school classes


• Reviews resumes, conducts phone screens, and assesses qualifications of each interested applicant
• Manages applicants through the tracking software and recruiting system
• Manages and organizes a high volume work load while multitasking and working on split screens
• Responsible for managing interview schedule and workload

Talent Acquisition Group Screener

• Manage logistics of registration, athlete correspondences, and event details for five to eight regional and national events
• Coordinates continuity between athletes, and event/resort administration
