- Managed, coached and developed staff of 8 art directors and designers.

- Led the Prentice Hall creative team to annually produce 80 key titles of the world’s leading editions of Engineering, Science and Mathematics university textbooks.

- Managed a staff of nine art directors and designers to ensure the vision, design and layout from covers to interior content, met the objectives outlined in the creative brief.

- Redesigned and reformatted books to reduce overall page count resulting in realized cost savings of 12%.

- Represented the brand development capabilities of agency and provided creative visioning for clients in the food, beverage, luxury goods, manufacturing, and hi-tech services industries.

- Led creative pitches to obtain new business, resulting in approximately $1.5 Million in additional revenue.

- Developed the U.S. brand strategy to generate awareness and demand for UniTeller’s money remittance products.

- Effectively orchestrated campaign roll-outs across 26 states.

- Contributed to increased revenues from $12 Million to $22 Million.

- Introduced a Smart Card service to streamline payment processing.
