Account Manager II

I’m currently employed by Aviall Inc., a Boeing company and the world’s aerospace parts supplier. As an Account Manager II, I provide excellent levels of customer service to both vendors and clients. My role involves problem-solving, distribution logistics and requires a good understanding of the supply chain. In the short time that I have worked here, I have contributed significantly in the improvement of work processes, creating ‘how to’ documents and initiating an office recycling program, in an effort to push for the ISO14001 certificate.

During my time at TMX Aerospace, I was responsible for ensuring raw materials reached part-suppliers within Boeing’s supply chain. Therefore, I have experience in; procuring raw materials, logistics, problem-solving and interacting with a multitude of internal and external parties. The position also required the delivery of excellent customer service and usage of: web portals, Inside Sales for quoting purposes, online supply-chain management systems and complex pricing indexes. In addition, I managed multiple projects of a complex nature, prioritizing effectively as and when required.
