Director of National Admissions

Promotion to Senior Assistant Director included all previous responsibilities of an Assistant Director while managing three additional direct reports and coaching newly promoted as well as existing Assistant Directors.

Senior Assistant Director of Admissions

- Responsible for assisting in the successful operation of the activities involved in the Admissions department of the College while maintaining personal goals and accountabilities of National/International Admissions Representative.
- Ensured that assigned Admissions Representatives follow all policies and procedures regarding the enrollment of prospective students.
- Assisted in the organization, supervision and direction of representatives including initial and ongoing training and coaching to improve the quality of student and prospective student counseling.
- Responsible for recruitment of new students, Representative's new students and meeting all goals.

Assistant Director of National Admissions

- Primarily worked with disadvantaged adolescents and helped them obtain their GED and meet college admission requirements.
- Counseled adolescents and helped problem-solve the emotional and circumstantial obstacles that discouraged ?achievement of education and career goals.
- Selectively prospected, interviewed and enrolled individuals into a qualified career-focused education and guided the prospect through the enrollment completion process.
- Maintained a high level of productivity to meet and exceed established Admissions goals while operating within the highest ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of the position.
- Assisted with the completion of online enrollment paperwork and follow up with students throughout the follow-up process up to include active attendance in school and maintained ongoing support to retain students to graduation.
