Job Description and Duties:
  Meeting  and event planning for Corporate Headquarters
  Catering Coordinator for Corporate Headquarters
  Maintaining company conference room calendars and scheduling
  Communication at executive and executive assistant level 
  Food handling service for catered  company meetings and events up to 250 people
  Vendor relations and product sampling and procurement 
  Ordering of office and event supplies, company card holder
  Accounts receivable and department invoice processing
  Employee staffing for events
  Event setup and tear down hands on and planning
  Stock and inventory of supplies
  Shipping receiving, mail machines
  Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office proficient. 
 General clerical office duties

Data entry/Admin of promo submission. 
   Coordination of promotional goods disbursement 
   Maintain Excel spreadsheets of shipment information
   Customer service support and order inquiries

Promotional  Fulfillment Specialist

Artist Relations, direct support to national touring musicians and groups
 Travel logistics coordination for merchandise and tour equipment
 Trade show logistics coordination
 Event and meeting planning
 Apparel production and sourcing
 Retail, wholesale and internet sale 
 Accounts receivable, payment procurement 
 Customer Service
 Tour merchandise Shipping / Receiving (domestic & international)
 Warehouse inventory
 Promotional distribution 
 Magic Las Vegas tradeshow experience
