? Maintain over 300 accounts from initial agreement and opening, order inception, production, to

shipping and compliance

? Plan, assign and monitor work tasks for optimum team efficiency

? Preparing and analyzing daily, weekly and monthly reports for senior managers

? Ensure the consistent achievement of customer service levels and standards

? Currently working with new and existing international accounts to improve sales and

fulfillment.

? Reviewing all performance reports and developing programs for large chains to improve sales

and relevance throughout the country.

? Created and implemented new procedures to avoid chargebacks. 

? Oversee the ecommerce department to ensure a steady incline in sales and customer satisfaction

?Allocations and inventory control for all brands and divisions within the company

? Supervise all clearance logistics



Customer Service Manager

- Manage key account orders from order inception to delivery ensuring compliance 

at every step

-Review and confirm all pricing, discounts and terms are correct in the system for 

all EDI customers prior to ship date

-Liaise with Production, Shipping, Allocation, Customers, Customer Service and 

Sales Reps, as needed, to ensure compliance and execution of best practices

-Support system for the sales team

-Run reports as necessary
