Highlights of career: VP of Sales and Marketing for a successful startup. Sole marketing responsibility (all channels) for cloud-based service introduction in 2009. Senior manager with charter to determine if single service should be introduced for products crossing market areas. My goal now is to apply these skills to new services and industries.

•	Managed cross-service solution development for helping libraries handle electronic materials 
•	Led coordination of activities for global  teams in multiple product areas, product marketing, and specific product development activities for two services

•	Initiated all marketing programs for introduction of first “cloud-based” library service offering
•	Led activities for phased market introduction from formation of an Advisory Council to broad market acceptance in  new market segments 
•	Prepared winning application for local (Ohio) technology award for best new service

•	Managed transition of sales and marketing from DiMeMa startup to OCLC
•	Developed rollout plan format for all digital service plan introductions
•	Led incorporation of new marketing and sales approaches and channels including extensive use of Web events
•	CONTENTdm is now most-used software of its kind in the world with hundreds of subscribers
