Managed monthly social media calendars for client profiles. Focusing on Twitter and Facebook, 	this included research and content creation.
 
Created and edited content for client collateral including brochures, training guides and 			newsletters. 

Wrote copy for local ad placements for The Medical Center of Aurora to promote their ER 		services. Copy was refreshed monthly and an 8% increase in ER patients has been 		measured YTD. 
Assisted in redesign of Closets By Design's franchise development website. Included 			copywriting, image selection and coordination with programmer. 

Participated in client navigator and strategy session. Post session deliverables included creative brief, identifying target customer personas, differentiators, benefits, mission, vision and values statements, SWOT Analysis and positioning statement.
